효성, 장애아동 가족과 힐링여행…2박3일간 강원도 일대

효성은 지난 12~14일 푸르메재단과 함께 장애아동 가족을 위한 여행 프로그램을 진행했다고 15일 밝혔다.
이번 여행은 효성 임직원 9가족과 효성이 지원하는 장애아동 9가족이 1:1로 매칭되어 강원도 일대에서 즐거운 시간을 보냈다. 2박3일간 남항진 해변 바다 구경, 워터파크 물놀이, 미디어아트 전시와 착시 체험을 하는 등 다채로운 추억을 만들었다.
효성은 2013년부터 푸르메재단과 함께 ▲장애어린이 재활치료비 ▲비장애형제 심리치료비•교육비 ▲가족여행 프로그램 등을 지원하고 있다. 특히 가족여행은 평소 재활치료 등으로 여행이 어려운 장애어린이 가족에게는 휴식과 재충전의 기회, 효성 임직원 및 가족에게는 나눔과 동행의 가치를 배우는 기회가 되고있다.
한편, 효성은 서울장애예술창작센터 장애예술가들을 후원하고, 매년 2편의 배리어프리 영화 제작 지원을 통해 시•청각 장애인도 차별없이 영화를 즐길 수 있도록 돕는 등 취약계층을 위한 다양한 사회공헌활동을 전개하고 있다.
